- Orange juice 2 cups
- Clover honey 1 tbsp
- Lime juice 1 fruit
- Wine vinegar white
- Black pepper
- Salt
Martini relish ingredients:
- Green Olives ¼ cup quartered and pitted
- Piquillo peppers 2 pieces, drained and patted dry then cut into dice
- Shallot 1 small pieces sliced thinly
- Jalapeno half piece finely diced
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Wine vinegar white 1 tbsp
- Flat leaf parsley chopped 2 tbsp
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Grouper fillets 2 pieces with 6 ounce weight for each
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- White wine dry 2 tbsp
- Flat leaf parsley used for garnish
Orange sauce cooking direction:
1. Take a non reactive saucepan.
2. Pour the orange juice inside the sauce pan.
3. Turn on the stove using high heat setting.
4. Put the saucepan on the stove to boil the orange, then reduced into ¼ cup
5. Add the honey into the saucepan then use whisk to mix it.

Provencal Grouper Fish Cooked Recipe
Ingredients:
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Grouper fillet 1 pound weight
- Onion half piece chopped finely
- Canned tomato 1/5 cup chopped
- Black olives cured pitted ½ cup
- Parsley 3 tbsp
- Red pepper
- Pepper
- Salt
Grouper fish cooked directions:
1. Turn on the stove using medium high setting.
2. Take a large size skillet then pour 2 tbsp of olive oil inside.
3. Heat the olive oil on the stove.
4. Take the grouper fillets then use kitchen towel to pat them dry.
5. Season the grouper fillets using black pepper.
6. Put the grouper fillets into the skillet.
7. Fry until the grouper fillets surface turn into brown color on all sides.
8. Turn on the oven with 200 degree setting.
9. Put the grouper fillet into baking dish.
10. Put the grouper fillet inside the oven then bake for around ten to twelve minutes.
11. Take the skillet used before then add 1 tbsp of olive oil inside.
12. Put inside the onion then cook it for around 1 minute.

Ingredients:
- Half lemon take the juice
- Orange juice 1/3 cup
- Coconut cream ¼ cup
- Butter 1tbsp
- Butter ¼ cup
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Pepper
- Salt
- White wine 1 tbsp
- Grouper fillets 3 pounds
- Almonds sliced

1. Take a sauce pan then pour inside the orange juice, lemon juice, coconut cream, honey, butter 1 tbsp, pepper, white wine and salt.

4. Heat the butter using low heat setting.

1. Take a serving plate then put the grouper fillet into the plate.
2. Add some of the sauce on top of the grouper fillet.
3. Sprinkle some of the almonds to garnish it.
